The Eastern Access Corridor, the second stage of the Townsville Port Access Road, is a 7.5km new link from the Bruce Highway into the Townsville Port, including 4 bridges and 14 drainage structures, constructed across floodplains. This project consisted of the relocation of existing water and sewerage assets located under the new port access road alignment. The assets requiring relocation were as follows:

The works involved installing 6 Reinforced Concrete Pipe envelopers ranging in size from 450mm to 1500mm.
